Making a withdrawal request by bank transfer is quick and easy. Here are the steps to follow:

• You don't need to fill in your bank details when selecting this method.
• In fact, when you send your documents for your account to be verified, you must send us your bank details.

• Select ‘Bank Transfer’

• A withdrawal is validated in 48 hours on average, once your account has been verified.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is EUR 50.
• The maximum withdrawal amount is EUR 2,500 over a rolling 7-day period.
• Once your withdrawal has been validated, it may take between 2 and 5 working days for it to appear in your bank account.
