Deposit not credited to my player account

If your deposit has not been credited to your player account, there may be a number of reasons for this. We invite you to follow the steps below:

1) Processing time

The maximum time for validation or rejection of a transaction is 30 minutes.
You should therefore wait this time first, as the amount may be credited after 30 minutes.

If you make a deposit using a bank card, and the amount is debited from your bank account after 30 minutes, it may be a bank imprint.
৹ This is a check carried out by your bank to ensure that you are solvent when you make an online payment.
৹ The average duration of the imprint is 7 days (depending on the bank).
৹ If none of your requests is accepted or does not receive a response after 7 days, the imprint will be removed automatically by your bank

If, once the various time limits have passed (7 days for bankcards and 30 minutes for other deposit methods), the deposit has still not been credited and you have been debited, prepare a bank statement.
The transaction must appear, as well as the reference and date of the transaction.
